Who we are
We have over 35 years of financial and commercial business experience, including start up ventures and sme’s, £100 million turnover PLC’s to a subsidiary of a major quoted company with £2 billion turnover. Over the years our work has ranged from strategic advice and raising finance to significant restructuring, turnaround and change management.
Neil Lovatt-Smith, started his lengthy career after qualification, working for a top four accounting practice and has subsequently taken on roles as a finance director in various industries including manufacturing, environmental engineering, business services, IT sales, telecoms, and financial services. During his career he has dealt with numerous differing businesses and has a broad spectrum of interests and specialities. In addition to his wide financial and commercial knowledge he is experienced with human resource issues and IT management. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, an associate member of the Interim Management Association, Turnaround Management Association and a member of the Strategic Planning Society.
Chris Reynolds, a Chartered Management Accountant has significant experience as head of shared services and group financial controller for a major UK company and has managed large finance functions for over 20 years. He brings the company a wealth of knowledge in respect of motivating and controlling high achieving reporting teams and managing significant change.
